Anyone remember the Naval Training Center in Orlando?

I attended Bootcamp there, then some technical schooling. I recently found out that he base has been closed and turned into Condos.

So whom out there was stationed in Orlando?

I went to Nuke Power school there in 1986. Now I'm right around the block (Winter Park). With all the old buildings gone, I get lost every time I venture into Baldwin Park.

I grew up down the road from it. I also went to Boot there ('82-'83) and afterwards BEE school. I'm still fairly close by. It was turned into a pretty nice little neighborhood with restaurants, shops, offices and parks to go along with the condos, apartments and single-family homes.
