Wan-Yoan in Casselberry is great for take out. In the Publix plaza on 17-92 at Button Road.

Another great place for sushi is Bay Ridge Sushi on 434 in Longwood.

I have noticed there are a lot of good sushi places around Orlando! A lot of fun! Whole foods did a class a little while ago on how to make sushi at home. Kinda cool and fun thing to do for a night in.

I havent been there in a little while but it was a great place. I think I need to make a lunch trip now
