If you were going to be here in February, There's an interesting festival going on in Fellsmere, Florida. It's the Fellsmere Frog Leg Festival. It's a fun time!

not sure of any in March, there arent really many festivals at that time of year. It is prime tourist time and everything is geared towards the theme parks!! There are some good seafood restaurants though!! Some really good all you can eat actually, you would be surprised! do some research on Trip advisor and some on the internet.
