I can attest to how awesomely cool this place is (was). Back when it was still a hidden gem that not EVERYONE knew of, it rocked even more than it does today.

That aside, its a pretty neat place.

We spent a week down there last summer and we had an AMAZING time. We stayed in Avon. To me the further north you went the more like home it became lots of traffic lots of idiot drivers and the same old chain everything.

I will say the folks at Outer Beaches Reality really took care of us and made us feel like family.

In case I haven't posted these here are a few photos I took while down there.

You really got some beautiful photos while you were there......and,
this last one is the famous Cape Hattaras Lighthouse....tallest brick
lighthouse in the world.....and, moved to relocate from the edge so it would be preserved.....here's the move...
