Favorite time of the year! Haven't drawn a bow since I got my bird dogs six years ago. Been chasing pheasants this past week. Looking forward to turkey season. I've been seeing numerous flocks around the Warren County area. Bear and deer seasons are just around the corner and looking decent this year.

I hope to get out squirrel hunting shortly, but usually wait until my friends are done with archery, so I don't spook the deer. I'm a big gunner and love to hunt and shoot, plus have enough land of my own to just hunt on my property.
Now that the corn is down, I need to sight in a new .270 I want to make my all-around gun, from shooting groundhogs to deer.

I was successful in 3B during the muzzleloader week. No grouse this year. Can't wait for rifle season!

You can go Duck Hunting on the Delaware River... just watch safety zones and be careful.

I was only able to get out during Archery a few times. Saw a spike chasing two doe prior to Halloween, but never had a good shooting opportunity (on the doe obviously).

Hoping to get out again in the late Archery season. May go up to the Delaware Water Gap area during Christmas break and try and to find some Grouse with my Lab too...

Oldest Son Took a Nice 8 point

He walked from where we were standing across the hillside and intercepted this buck about 100 yards before it would have run right into our laps. His best so far. He plans on having it mounted.
Any Hunters?-100media_imag0105.jpg
