just ride on the farm land area if you ask him or her they will probbly say no beacuse if you snap you neck or break you leg and so on any ways the farmer just set his self up for a sue. any whys if theres a trespassing sign you would get arrested.

Don"t wheel illegal locations. It gives all of us and our sport a bad name.

Im not too interested about legality honestly;
I take my Jeep all over haha.

If it's somewhere common for off-roading, and a majority of people go there;
I'll go... Worst case is I'll tell the cops I didn't know.
I saw alotta people there, so I thought it was okay.

I know, terrible.. Im a risk taker.

it has nothing to do with being a risk-taker. it has everything to do with perpetuating the bad image of our sport in the minds of the public and law-enforcement.

most stereotypes come from somewhere, and in this case that 'somewhere' is from redneck morons who do whatever the hell they want - idiots who don't take the sport seriously are are most likely laughably bad at it.

^^^^^^Read and head, ^^^^^^^it's just like hunting or anything else that gets demonized by the media. Always put your best impression out there.

There was a recent article in Petersons Off Roading about what the Feds are trying to do to limit wheeling and wrap it all up in a bunch of red tape. What with the all EPA and DOT regulations they wanna enforce - if it was up to them you'd only be able to wheel on the moon, and even then they'd want permits...

Let's not give them any more ammunition, shall we... Mmmm'k?

I know a lot of people in my area that go to a place they call Trails Road. I'm not sure exactly where it is but it's supposedly pretty nice, I'm not sure if it's actually legal or not.
