N.W. Pennsylvania pic thread

Too high in the sky, by the time that I got the camera, probably a hawk or peregrine falcon.

This was taken yesterday evening, my camera was flashing every alarm at me, too dark, I'm amazed at the brightness of this pic.
I was driving a gravel road, stereo kinda loud, and this doe and one other small deer stood and listened for a long time, I turned up the volume to see what they'd do. I'd like to tell you it was some cool Clapton song, but it was Journey, singing..."Oh Sherry"

The next pics are all sunrise, this morning....man, I love the fall foliage this year!!

This area is loaded with beaver, I haven't been all the way up the valley yet, it keeps getting bigger and the going is getting rather difficult. When the ground freezes, I'll get in there!



It was wet enough that I had to get into the woods, this is early morning and the woods are very bright because of the foliage

This is the same spot as an earlier pic, I think you can see the improvements the beaver have made to dam the stream.



On Sunday, I was trying to find this tree again, brush was too thick and the ground too wet to get close enough this trip.
Next pic you can see two more rather large trees the beaver have taken.
