Ben's Homebrew

What's up with Ben's Homebrew? Is it closed??!!? I went to pick up some grain & It's not there...

For personal reasons, Ben had to close his store front and move the business to his home which is only a few minutes from where the store was. From what I understand, this is only temporary. He still has all the same supplies he always had, but you need to let him know ahead of time when you'll be there. All the details are on his website including directions to his home.

This isn't the guy that had a homebrew shop in the strip district, is it? Does anyone know what happened to him? They had pretty erratic hours, but he was unbelievably knowledgeable/helpful.

Do you mean Triangle Brewing? The guy (Dale? or Dell?) was nice and knowledgeable but the shop was a pig sty - filth.

That's the guy. Any idea what happened to him? Is he out of the homebrew supply game entirely? Doing anything else beer related professionally? I was just always really impressed with his brewing knowledge.
