Minneapolis sewer overflow due to rain

Anyone having sewer backing up in their house due to so much rain

I've never had that caused by rain in MN, PA or Oregon. I thought you guys had a heatwave, not a monsoon?

Portland's drains get clogged in late October by newly fallen leaves joined by the return of the rainy season. Did Minnesota's shutdown leave your drains unprepared?
