Myrtle beach is great

head south to litchfield beach or polly's island. Close enough to the craziness of Myrtle Beach, but not as many public beaches which equals less drunken teenages on the beach.

Personally I hate MB, most of the people I have met living there are A**hats and its basically a tourist trap. Not to mention a hideous fat beast lives there that has a long fork tongue.. my ex

It's pretty cool but not my favorite place. Good to visit/see but not my top pick. Too touristy, not as clean as I expected in many areas. But there are good shopping/eating attractions.

I am from Myrtle. tend to prefer NC beaches these days
