I have a suggestion on where one could move this house to once someone wins it. I know that most municipalities across the United States prohibit these very small buildings as residences. However, Whitewater Township in Hamilton County, west of Cincinnati, has very little in the way of zoning laws. The township has trailer parks, small factories in large flat one-story buildings, farms as businesses and old subdivisions with small cottages, plus lots of empty land.
