Right now it seems easy, she loves me and lets me know. I can see when she's screaming at me I might think different. I carry a pic of her before she could talk in my wallet, a reminder.

I love doing it, it seems my wife appreciates them despite the frequency.

That is so sweet! Your wife and daughter are lucky ladies! I can't even remember the last time I got flowers. Guess that makes it special when I do get them?

I like to buy my wife live plants that flower.

I once bought her a really nice young flowering azalea. Then we had a little argument for some silly reason. I eventually decided to go out and have a few beers at the local, and as I was leaving the house she threw the azalea I had bought her out the window. It bounced off my head and was left lying in the driveway on my way off of the premises.

Eventually I picked it up off the driveway and repotted it and we still have that plant to this day. It flowers every year just like all the other ones she's thrown at me.

Do you like flowers and talk about them? If so there's no excuse.

Ouch, I'm grateful for having the keys thrown at me then for the same reason.

WOW my wife gets flowers twice a year.

Nice loving daughters that talk to you is nice and all but, it all comes to an abrupt end at 13.

I'm getting the most out of it now. I know what's coming, it scares me.

...............

I exchange mail daily with my friend's 15 year old daughter. Sometimes she feels like a wise old woman but usually it's clear she's 15. Despite that she's the kind of teen you pray is how yours turns out.
Her schoolmates find Facebook "lame" so that helps. The downside is a crazy criminal uncle who has sent death threats. If anyone has a gun owning friend in Argentina PM me.
