Non-denominational. If that's a form. I just stick to the three jewels, five precepts, and the noble eightfold path and kind of wing it from there. I love reading about all the different schools.
I think I like many of the fundamental precepts of both beliefs.
When it comes to religions I think they all have good and bad points.
I try to take the best of them all to heart and live my life accordingly.

Don't be fooled. There are many angry people in Canada. Happily, I'm not one of them.
The other day, which was yesterday, I was going home. I saw a guy pushing his Passat over a highway overpass all by himself in the middle of traffic. No one stopped to help. So I pulled over.
The two of us couldn't work up enough steam to bump start the stupid TDI. After about a bazillion cars drove by us and my Jeep was just a distant memory parked in a snow bank way back on the overpass, and when I was nearly dead from exhaustion, a car full of ladies, and I mean ladies, pulled up behind us and added their weight. That got the job done. I won't ever forget the sight of that happy driver standing in the middle of the road, waving his arms, and thanking us in no uncertain terms as we all walked back to our vehicles.

It was a good moment.
That is a good moment, thanks for helping where you can. I think it makes a difference.
