best eats of Rhode Island

Its been said that some of the best restaurants in the country could be found around southern New England. With the Wide variety of cultures all coming together, there are many to choose from.
name your favorite restaurant, location, type of food, and alittle about it that makes it special.

For me,
Spain of Narragansett
located in narragansett
not really a replica of food from spain, but a good variation.
its alil dressier there, no t shirts lol, but the food and service are tough to beat. price is very fair. and the paella is awesome.

Portside in Galilee. George's used to be the best, but, that was years ago and now it's just a tourist spot.

And there is Aunt Carrie's....on the way to Galilee.

Rod's Grille, Wood Street Bakery, Kam Shing, Jackie's Galaxy, Wrap Shack! All these are in the Bristol, Warren area. And of course Newport Creamery!

If you make it to Block Island I would recommend the Oar on the Great Salt Pond. Great view, great quick food. Try the Yellow Tail Platter or their Lobster roll. They have great fish tacos as well!
