Second Saturday is pretty cool. It's an art festival held on the second saturday of every month. It's getting swamped by outsides and night life people though..

I absolutely forgot about RPM Racing (3130 Bradshaw Rd.). I had so much fun there is should have been illegal. Plan on spending the entire afternoon, it is addicting.

There's the Sac Zoo and Folsom Zoo, which features mostly North American animals. Thank God we're a quick drive to SF, Reno, and ample outdoor opportunities.

Is this a good place for me to take teens and/or pre-teens or is it more of a young adult atmosphere?

Don't forget the Jelly Belly factory! Great fun there, and you can pick up 5lb bags of "Belly Flops" for $7.

The Crocker Art museum is opening a new wing this Sunday. If you're in to that.

Oh, I forgot to mention... navigating the freeways at midnight is always fun. You'll drive for hours before you realize you are still in Sac and have been going in circles.

Yeah, it's not like Magalia. Either your going uphill on Skyway or downhill on Skyway.

I'll be in Magelia next weekend.
