Tony's Taxi in New Braunfels - SUCK!!!!

You see their 15-min logo and read the disclaimer... but no way would you think it would take a HOUR for them to show up. Our son, had an interview and called them 1-hr before he had to show up. Well they showed up AFTER the scheduled interview time. They made our son miss his job interview.... so bad, so sad, we would NEVER EVER recommend them.

Their logo states 15" response after the cab gets the call from the call center.
But they do not guarantee it.
Either way, over a hour wait is unacceptable for any cab company when you are within 15 mins of the home office/dispatch.
