how hard is it for an "out-of-state" lifeguard to guard there? do they have "bunk houses" for out-of-towners? the place i guard at in myrtle beach, sc has a "guard house" that anyone can stay at for a little less than getting an apartment.
lifeguarding is kind of a hard thing to get into down here. at least, that's what my lifeguard friends tell me. Having experience helps you, but its kind of clannish, so keep at it, it'll take a bit of effort
