Austrian Tourist Club on Mt. Tam

This place has so much potential yet continues to fall flat. They were closed for 12+ months before reopening earlier this year. I understand their mission statement and focusing on their membership, but do they need to be exclusive? on public days the attitude put forth by the workers really rubs people the wrong way. Great spot for a picnic and to hang out after a long hike on the mountain, just wished the staff was as pleasant as the scenery.
