There are so many good Chinese restaurants around if you do not mind to try authentic Chinese food, :-).

If you're in the North Bay, Yinkeng on Lakewood Drive is an excellent small, local Chinese restaurant. They are right off the 101 at the Windsor Central off ramp.
I found them searching for local local eats with a lot of rave postings.
They are good and inexpensive.
Worth it if you're in the area.

Brandy Ho's is my favorite Chinese restaurant anywhere. I wish I could bring it with me wherever I go.

That is a great choice - doesn't really fit the Best Chinese, but awesome anyway. A zillion pounds of butter on that crab & garlic noodles!
