Hello all, whenever I travel I like to visit the local craft brewery and sometimes because they are so small their advertising or footprint is non-existent. I'd like to get a list together of as many of them as possible. Eventually I'll turn it into a Google maps app where you can pick an area and it will show you all the local craft breweries, brewpubs and great beer bars.
I'll update the first post periodically with the info from the thread and create links to their homepages.
Let me start with what I know or have been told to go visit. This list is inclusive! So any craft beer gets included. =)

That's awesome but it doesn't solve my problem as how to find the places that only locals know about. I'm looking at the tools part now to see how data is add/read from their db.
In San Diego there's Rock Bottom and Hess Brewing. In Santee is Manzanita Brewing. Iron Fist Brewing opened recently in Vista.
I'm not sure how detailed you want to get on the cities, but here's the actual cities some of the ones you list under San Diego are:
Alpine Brewing Company - Alpine
Green Flash Brewing - Vista
Lightning Brewery - Poway
The Lost Abbey - San Marcos
Mother Earth Brew Company - Vista
Oceanside Aleworks - Oceanside
Port Brewing Company - Solana Beach & Carlsbad
San Marcos Brewery - San Marcos
We've got a couple Crap breweries here in the Napa Valley... Downtown Joe's in napa and Silverado Brewing Co. In St. Helena. Avoid these.
Calistoga Inn is worth a visit. Good food and decent beer.
There is so much potential for a world-class brew pub to open up here. Maybe Dog Fish Head should consider a west coast sattelite on Napa's Riverfront. They would kill it here. Not everyone here drinks wine.
