I just read the letter to the editor in today's local paper and wanted to vent about these nutballs in San Marcos. These people have way more influence than a normal nutball should have in this community. I am appalled at how certain members of the City Council give these people so much time on the public agenda.

This PAWS outfit in Kyle is a fraud. They self-righteously proclaim themselves a "No kill" facility and then judge San Marcos for having one of those "heartless backward" shelters. The fact is that if you take an ugly animal to PAWS or if their shelter if full, they tell you to take the animal to San Marcos. If they know the animal is unadoptable they won't take it and let the San Marcos shelter do their dirty work. FRAUDS-HYPOCRITES!

Today's letter to the editor takes the County to task for trying to find an alternative to being extorted by PAWS to take County strays. The County asked the City if they could work a deal and now PAWS is mad. It appears the City will take the County's animals at a fraction of the cost that PAWS has quoted.

WAKE UP CITY COUNCIL AND COUNTY COMMISSION! QUIT GIVING THESE WACKOS THE TIME OF DAY AND USE SOME COMMON SENSE.
