Buy or lease

I am moving to San Marcos this summer and I am looking for a place for my children and I to live while I attend TSU. I would prefer a house and at least a 2 bedroom, but apts. or townhouses will also be considered. It is not necessary to be located extremely close to the college since I will also be escorting my children to school as well. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks all and have a great day.
