Free Wi-Fi hotspots

Just read at the Austin Stateman site that Austin is booming with free Wi-Fi hotspots.
Question: Are there such hotspots at San Marcos?

I can get online sometimes on the porch at the Allniter. The NexLevel has wireless in the back room but it's not always that great.
