does anyone want to sublet their place? apartment/home/condo/shack to an alum? My family and I come to San Marcos every July. I would like to rent a place downtown, within walking distance to the river and the university. I am a fun, clean, responsible mom w/two groovy kids and a fun husband. We would like to come for two weeks this year. I do not care if the place is messy(it will look better when I leave).
