How do I get Grande in my neighborhood??

I used to have Grande when I lived in the Clarewood Apartments, but now that I own my own house they're not in my neighborhood.

Seriously, what do I have to do to convince Grande to come to the Hills of Hays subdivision? They have a junction box less than half a block away from my front door.

I'm tired of Time Warner and their lousy customer service. I need Grande to rescue me!!!

Have you asked them what it would take? They are pretty responsive and would probably be happy to tell you if the issue is the number of potential customers, some technical hurdle, etc.

I love Grande. I'd be pretty bummed if I had to switch.

They didn't really go into detail. They emailed me and said they have no plans to expand in 2007. However they might expand in 2008 but that is yet to be determined.

That's clear as mud.

It's not just the talkin' box, although the digital cable and high-def are great. It's also the internet access, the $20 unlimited long distance and most of all, the customer service.

When I first had them hook me up, the installers were a little less than careful. I called to complain and the next day, the customer service manager was AT MY HOUSE, with the installers, making sure they saw the problems. Then he fixed what he could, paid for what he could not and gave me a few months worth of freebies.

I never even had a chance to get pissed.

Try that with the other companies.

Time Warner....are you reading this?

Its soooooo important to look after your customers. We should start a thread called Goodwill....where people write in about awesome experiences they've had instead of complaining. Perhaps it will make businesses bump into each other trying to help and hook people up. I'll start it...now I just have to wait for good customer service.
