need someone to take over my lease at the Exchange

I am looking for someone who wants to take over my lease at the Exchange, it lasts until like August 16th. The rent is $415 a month, its a four bedroom, four bath, all male roomates. Great location, bottom floor, bedroom is furnished with bed, dresser, computer table and chair, internet and cable included.
