Why would you start a completely new thread to address a topic that is already in another, especially if it contains an active discussion? Seems to me someone feels they need to advertise... are you employed at SP's or otherwise hold stakes in its existence?

Perhaps you didn't read thoroughly or comprehend...we were *extremely* optimistic about the place and gave it a chance. It was the nonchalant reply from the manager that did us in. Whether or not you work in the industry, a relatively level headed person can distinguish grand opening mistakes and jitters from flat out disregard and rudeness.

How much time do they need???

I joined specifically because I read this thread and found out I shared the same experience as many on here. Fact is I have gone twice hoping my first experience was just a fluke. It was not and now they will no longer get my business.

Sean Patrick's looks nice on the outside, but I wouldn't recommend going in. The ambience is more "warehouse" than "pub" and the service is slow and often incorrect. It's got all the soulless half-charm of a national chain with the poor business model of a local establishment.

But hey, Cricket, maybe if you make another thread people will start to dig the place.
