There's not one around here.

Red's Indoor is your closest bet, there's one in Lockhart but it's pretty ghetto.

that's what i thought.

dietz is pretty nice actually. a large handgun range and three rifle ranges.

it's closer than red's i would say. it's just west of NB down 46.

i could see if a bunch of people got together as a club and bought some land and split insurance it would work. public shooting range would be way to costly. you would have to have quite a few members to get it started though.

I just bought a FNP 9mm from the bunker in San Marcos yesterday.
They specialize in Semi and Fully Auto Weapons.
Robert is the man over there, very helpful and didn't talk down to me.
They're located behind the Sac N Pac on Wonder World and 123, if you get a chance stop in. They got some semi auto 45 rifles that look like Robocop stuff...very cool, but not cheap.

Shop Local.

I would be part of a grass roots gun club. Take turns going to different peoples land and shootin'. But nothing too official.
I got 20 acreas and a huge dirt burm that I shoot at all the time, in Martindale.
