I go to fairs/carnivals for the turkey legs and nothing else.

I go with my wife, but I enjoy the carnival games as well. I just go primarily for the Turkey Legs. If I could make them like tht at home I would, but I can't get it right.
I have friends going tomorrow! Can't wait to hear about it.
If parking is crazy try parking down by the Landa park golf course pro shop. thats where i parked last night and there was still decent parking down there at like 9:45. And dont walk back up the street. walk towards the course and take the cart path over the little creek and you have a straight shot to the entrence.
Went to Wurstfest during the day, still never been at night---I hear it gets pretty crazy? I guess the surrounding college towns may have something to do with all that. Parking wasn't too bad, we had the privileges of handicapped parking because my wife's mother came with us. Food was greasy and delicious. I helped my group eat potato pancakes, pork chops, homemade potato chips, a funnel cake and a piece of German chocolate pie, all good. Anyway, here are a couple pictures, forgot the camera so we had to use my wife's phone.
Also made a pit-stop at the Christmas Shoppe across from Schlitterbahn.
