Scranton Forum Idea

I have gotten a lot of requests for a Scranton area subforum.

What should it be called that would make the most sense for your region and cover the areas around it.

I,m all for it. How about calling it Scranton/Wilkes Barre Area or Possibly just NEPA?

Locally, as much as the cities are fairly far apart, we're accustomed to being Scranton/Wilkes-Barre or Wilkes-Barre/Scranton. We're also used to NEPA which sort of generically refers to the northeastern corner of PA. I'd suspect someone from outside the state may not have any idea what NEPA is.

Then again...anyone from NEPA would know. Scranton/Wilkes-Barre works just dandy.

I think it I was a stranger to NEPA and visiting from somewhere else I wouldn;t necessarily know our area was caled NEPA. I agree Scranton/WIlkes-Barre is good.

Scranton/ Wilkes-Barre is good, most would recognize it rather than NEPA.
