Sparta is close to Cookeville, and it's cheaper to rent or buy here. Right now houses are cheap. It's a good place to live if you like scenery and quiet.

Although I live in Tennessee, I grew up in Michigan. Nothing beats a Red Wings game at the Joe. I also used to like watching Barry run in the Silverdome. RIP, Silverdome.:D

There's literally hundreds of miles of trails here. Many trails in the state parks, I have a 4500 Trek and don't ride much, but do all trails with it.
