I like Walnut Creek off North Lamar, near I-35. You can run the trails down to the creek where the dogs can go nuts. Its Off leash right when you get on the trails, clearly marked.

I think there is more to it than that - I ate there once, some things looked pretty complicated. everything is raw, including substitutes - like fake raw tortilla chips for example.
