Well if your in Golden, the Coors Brewery is a great place to "Tap the Rockies", go for the brewery tour and opt for the "quick tour" and you can have I think 3 or 4 fresh beers right from the tap!

Baby Tigers NOW
I took my little tike about 2 weeks ago and they have 3 baby tigers now that are just adorable and worth the price of admission alone!
Also, Halloween is a good time to go they have a night...

I will echo what some of the other folks have put up. As a Colorado native I've been to most at one time or another.
Natural History is great and they have a free day once a month if your looking...
