I really like Lord Hobo near Inman Square. A little pricey but a very cool venue for good unusual drinks you won't find to many other places and good, but pricey food.

I agree with the above posters who recommended Sam Adams. It's a pretty decent tour.

Also check out Cambridge Brewing Company. Not a tour, but a great brewpub with good cheap food.
