Yeah, I occasionally use a program called xming to remotely run stuff on my home computer from other places and display speed is awful. We have the 12/.896 service. 3 up is, well, 3x faster... :)

Since folks seem to be telling about their favorite different types of restaurants, I'll plug La Crepe Michel in Old Town. The food is incredible and the prices were almost ridiculously reasonable.

I lived in the NYC area from '87-'03. I always knew I was "home" (which is actually Clovis, but...) for Christmas when I smelled the cedar and pinion from the fireplaces.
