I'm a transplant, too. As far as I can tell, it doesn't actually exist. Some believe that the Mason-Dixon line runs through NJ and that is the divider. They are wrong.

Round Valley has primitive sites that are boat-in or walk-in only. We've camped there, it's an easy hike. The sites are pretty nice for primitive sites.
