PF Chang's is pretty good for a chain restaurant. Yun Nan Garden in Chinatown is good, and so is Jasmine on the strip if you want to fight the crowds.

I would avoid all of the Asian buffets.

For photography and some interesting culture (besides cityscapes) try the University of Cincinnati campus...
