My wife and I plan to be visiting my brother near Tupelo, MS early in December and we're thinking of stopping in Memphis for a day or 2 to do the typical tourist thing.

I was just at Lake of the Ozarks a few weeks ago for a shooting match. It's beautiful country, but it looks like the type of area that would be pretty congested during the tourist season.

Try the Original Jim's for Maxwell Street polish sausage, pork chop sandwiches, etc. They are located on Union Street just south of Roosevelt Road- right along the Ryan.
