Those are all great neighborhoods, but don't overlook Green Acres, University District and Rosedale Park. They are stable, strong neighborhoods with more "normal" sized houses than the mansion...

I can't remember how much my insurance went up when I moved back, but it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be, and definitely not 3 or 4 fold. Right now I'm paying $1700 a year for really good full...
