Gordon Biersch on Paradise, just north of Flamingo. They brew German-style lagers. Our favorite is the Marzen. Food (well ... the appetizers anyway!) is pretty good, too.

We went to Pole Position Raceway located south of Cheyenne on Teneya. Expensive but a whole lot of fun.

Surprising

My wife and I came accross a very good place in, of all places, Circus Circus. It's called The Steakhous, offers aged beef, and great atmosphere for about $30/plate

My wife's company had its' Christmas party at the Wynn this year and we stayed the night. Very opulent, with auto open/closing curtains, lights and a nice king size bed. Room was probably 600 ft/sq...

Appetizers

B.J.'s Pizza out on west Charleston, accross from Red Rock casino. My wife and I go there for the bruschetta, chicken lettuce wraps and avocado eggrolls. Oh yeah, the pizza's goo too!
