I live just an hour south of Denver, in Colorado Springs and I would like to move to Denver, or at least closer to it. It's just closer to everything, mountains, snowboarding, 4x4, bigger city, etc....

Not a whole lot. You summed up just about the entire state of Colorado, hiking and offroading. Once you have seen the sites you've just about seen it all aside from the random local stuff.
