Good neighborhood to open a Nano Brewery
What Austin neighborhood do you think would most likely embrace a nano-brewery concept.
1-2 bbl's a week or maybe two. This a very low production home brewery that is licensed by TABC and inspected...

Salt Lick is always a good one ( a bit pricey, plus you gotta drive an hour) got some good NC sauce as well as the good sweet texas sauce
