I don't think you will see too much in the way of moutain bike trails up on Jay Peak anytime soon. With the completion of the golf course and the indoor water park on the way I am not sure mountain...

The Alchemist does have great stuff. I was able to sample it at the Vermont Brewer's festival this year. It was great but the festival sucks so don't bother.
