Wheeling twice
I've been there twice in my stock Jeep. There are awesome trails and they have rated them all. once you get there you can get a map of all trails and see hat they are rated before you try them out.

Hiking?
You can go to the Ozark Highlands Trail. It's 170 miles long, but you can do sections of it. The best section that I've done so far is from Cherry Bend to Lick Branck. Very Pretty!
