Issaquah/Sammamish Gas Deal

While most stations are running $3.89 now, I happened to stop by the 7-11 on East Lake Sammamish Parkway yesterday and noticed it was $3.61, so filled up. Today I'm taking my other vehicle to work and filling it up. I don't know how they do it, and it may not be the same quality as name brands but that's almost 30 cents a gallon less, on my truck saving over $6. Less than Costco and no lines.

Good luck, I'm guessing it's gone up since then. I haven't been back since I filled the truck but hopefully it's still less than the other stations.

I hope you got the Tahoe filled, Cap'n. I filled again this morning and it's still only $3.69 while the lowest I saw elsewhere was $3.89. In Madison Park there's a Shell at $4.15 for regular.

Ughhh, I didn't fill it up. My wife just went to Costco and filled it up. I'll see what the damage is when she gets home.

It's creeping up but still cheaper there. Here on the plateau it's all $3.99
while that 7-11 was up to $3.71 yesterday.

Gas was real market driven until recent years. Then came increasing speculation in fuel as a commodity. The "experts" say the price of gas is 30% higher just due to speculation.

Fuel should not be a speculative commodity. A country like Saudi Arabia could easily manipulate the entire market.
