Craft Beer

What are the best places in Shreveport and Bossier City to buy craft beer? Are there any craft beer brew pubs?

I haven't had much luck finding any at all. The Cellar is a liquor store with 2 locations in bossier. They seem to have the best selection as far as stores go. For bars, Strangebrew has the best selection in the city. It's off of Centenary ave. close to Stoner. Big selection, but the crowd can be pretty lame IMO. Noble Savage is another good bar downtown, much better crowd but not as big of a selection, but what they do carry is good stuff.

Wish that there was a decent selection of beers without going to dallas!

Try the Wine store behind Outback that is on Line Ave in Shreveport. Not much but does have Bear Republic and a few others.

Distributors in North LA just refuse to carry anything, much less deliver....

If you happen to go to Alexandria, Hokus Pokus has some good stuff....

Nagodoches liquor store..want to say it's Centennial or University. Good selection there. Stone, Dogfish, Victory and more
Kilgore has the "pink" liqour store with a decent selection... same as above

Oh man, i have seen that store behind outback and never checked it out. I will have to go there today. Cuban liquor on pierrmont between line and fairfield has a decent selection. I picked up a bomber of rogue chocolate stout there the other day. GL guys

Do you guys think that if there were a brewing presence in SP/Bossier-City (or at least in one of the surrounding communities) that distributors might take a bigger interest in the craft beer scene?
