I'm a good reason to come to SC. J/K Watch Deliverance before you come here.Avoid us like the plaque, and if you here banjos, run for your life.

Seriously tho. What are your interest?Small towns, historical locations, mountains? Here in the upstate we have Camp Croft,Cowpens Battle Field,Walnut Groove Plantation,Ceasar's Head,Table Rock, and much more.Plenty of historical small towns just off I-26,Inman(I live on the out skirts),Landrum,Campobello, and a few more.

They give a great plant tour...also Greenville has one of the best downtowns in the country.

History!!! It is full of it. Francis Marion (swamp fox), Charleston, Camden Revolutionary War Park. Just to name a few. If you are from the north I would suggest coming in the fall or spring though. I am originally from North Dakota, and I still don't enjoy summer down here.

While you are there, you can spend a day at the Performance Driving School.
