Float trips

Just started going on float trips last year. What are your favorite sites for floating?

We always go down to the Huzzah River in Steelville, MO. We always camp near the river so it's a bit rowdy, but if that's what you're looking for then it's a great time. If your a family man, this may not be the place for you

Ozark Outdoor 9 miles South of Leighsburg is a good place to float the Huzzah, Courtios or the upper Meramec from. South of Steelville is Bass Campgrounds, s good place to go. Both places have family and late night camping areas. Near Ozark Outdoor is Onadoga State Park where quiet camping can be had.
