Lombardo's has the best toasted ravs in the city...even better than those you'll find on The Hill...in my opinion of course!

I think it's funny how nobody outside of St. Louis knows what it is. It's so great. I'm surprised it hasn't caught on more. Cafe Manhattan in Clayton has fantastic stuff. You should all try it.

I'm in Texas, I worked for a restaurant that served them. They are delicious.

Toasted ravioli sounds fantastic. Since I have never tasted them, could someone explain how they are made? Are they still placed in a sauce? Pics would even be better! We have some close friends who just opened a successful Italian Restaurant, and I'm sure they would offer it on the menu if there was a demand for them.

So, so damn good. I think the times I've had it where it was the best were on The Hill. I remember a place called Shamus McDaniels?? I think?? That's what we always had there - that and fried mushrooms.
