TBAJA (Tampa Bay Area Jeep Association) is a club based out of pinellas county and is free to join.
LOJ (Legion of Jeepers) is not a club but more of just a local forum based out of the Brandon area but has members all over.
I personally am a member of LOJ and those guys are very very welcoming and helping. We do something almost every weekend, whether its wheeling or something else.
All of them are good groups of people.

I was a member of the flatlanders for several years, but just got tired of the $50/year that went towards family activities like food for picnics and such.. the rides thinned out, much concern over 'official ride' versus non-official ride, then I got chastised on the forum over and over for saying that one law enforcement officer we met while going to ride in a questionable area was a complete and total a-hole, whereas they believed that no LEO could ever be, and I was wrong to ever say such a thing...
